The title is actually supposed to be
"Will you face me? I, who hold the reigns of the world?" but it was too long quote is from this comic [link] the character is The Cardboard Tube Samurai, created by the guys at Penny Arcade. Despite it being from penny arcade, the CTS is a funny character only in the way of his sword being made of cardboard. I don't know if I should go into the character's bio, but I guess it mostly spawned from one of the characters finding a cardboard tube, and I'm sure everyone in their lifetime (at least boys) have pretended to use those as swords at least once And I know someone's gonna mention it, so I'll just say right now that no, that's not his belly, it's his robe flapping in the wind, since his waist is far below the flapping part |
